I followed the above regimen for six days each week and then I had a day off. Some people call this a cheat day or a re-feed day, but its just a day when you can relax and eat a bit more of what you fancy. Its not an excuse to eat whatever you want though, but you can eat more food, more calories and more carbs. You can even have a bit of junk food or a sugary dessert if you want to. But just the one, and just on this one day.
