Better to use My Ftiness Pal orsome other app where you can put in something like Apple and get the number of calories in an Apple. DoFasting doesnt do that. You have to know how many calories are in an apple. The articles they post are really basic and you can get the same info for free on the internet. Dont waste your money paying for a personalized program unless you need a new clock
